Good call, I overlooked the ram thinking video.
Post the model number of the computer it's usually on a sticker on the
side of most HPs, it's like Media Center a123n or something like that.
Video card upgrade, ram upgrade - might be necessary just to get the game
to run.
You can try getting updated drivers for the video card in the meantime,
go to
http://support.hp.com - find your computer model number using
search then download the video drivers from the downloads section.
http://www.microsoft.com/directx - get the latest directx files, you want
to follow the links to DirectX for Gamers (not developers), and download
the latest directx should net you the file DXWEBSETUP.EXE, run that,
follow the prompts while online.
