http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837195 has some good info in it, although
they don't mention this specific problem.
You may be logged in as an administator but are you running the game with
administrator privledges? in many cases that fixes issues. Try finding the
exe in the folder (looks like the FS9 folder), right-clicking and select
"run as administrator"
Another possibility is to re-install and select a custom location that is
not c:\program files - there is special protection in that folder structure.
But those are just generic ideas, Hopefully someone with experience with
Flight Simulator will chime in with some help.
