You need to go into you AmericasArmy/System folder and right click on the
ArmyOps.exe file and then left click on properties...
Now left click on the Compatibility tab and then place a check mark in the
box at the bottom left where it says "Run this program as an administrator"
Then hit Ok and you're ready to play from now on by just clicking on the
AmericasArmy icon on your desktop...

If you play in TWL you'll need to do this to the CDC exe file as well in
it's folder...
