Viasta Gadget Asteroids - Controls?

My daughter and I can't figure out how to control the asteroids gadget, or
even get it started.

Anyone have a cheat sheet? Do the gadgets have instructions?

It's not a standard gadget, I'd suggest contacting the developer for
support.
