trial game download

When I get a trial game downloaded and open it, there is black bar on right
side of the playing screen making it impossible to play the game. Solution?

Get the full game not the trial....
Maybe you could tell us what this game is,?? where we would get it from??
Mahcine specs?? Version of Vista?? Go on..give us something to work
