Have you tried manual compatibility? If it's web based, throw compatibility
to the wind - it will work based on the rendering engine your browser uses,
be it Firefox, IE, or whatnot - if it's downloadable, execute it with
compatibility settings. Right click on it (for or after installation) or a
link to it, goto Properties, Compatibility, Run this program in
compatibility mode for (usually Windows XP SP2 should suffice), and then
check Run as Administrator if the aforementioned doesn't work.
If it still will not run, then you'll have to wait until Yahoo amends the
issue.
Vista compatibility is touchy, certain software claims to be Vista
compatible and actually will not run, and vice versa - don't always trust
cheap labels.
