Games choppy after Vista patches

After downloading and installing the 3 patches that was released on 12/3 I've
noticed that my games have become very laggy. I've tried scanning for viruses
and such but nothing was found.

Anyone else experienced this?

Nope, but you can removed those updates, just go into System Restore, rewind your system to before the updates were installed, then turn off auto updates.
