Sometimes Microsoft Mail will not display "send button" on some emails

Using Vista home edition on Accer 5315-2153 Lap Top with 2GB memory. Using Norton Symantec End Point protection AV SW. This 2nd laptop was purchased from WallMart Nov 07 as special deal during the holidays. It works great except for that problem. ISP is Verizon and used in wireless and LAN modes.

PROBLEM:
Sometimes when attempting to send out an email, the "SEND" field disappear and message displayed something like "this message has not been sent".

This mainly happens when responding to Caraigslist, internet explorer browser articles. However, 98% of times, all email goes through.

Call your ISP, if email only fails to send "sometimes" then there's
something wrong with your ISP. Also this newsgroup is for Game questions in
Vista, you might get a better answer if you post this in m.p.w.v.mail.
