Can't log in the games for windows LIVE, did before

I've been playing games on LIVE for 2 months now, but ever since I opened the ports 88 UDP, 3074 UDP, and 3074 TCP, I can't log on anymore and it displays a error message:

Does anyone know whats wrong? I checked Xbox.com | Support and the server status is fine..
