Virtual address space usage problem in FSX

My configuration is as follows:
Dell Dimension E520, Intel VIIV CORE 2 DUO 6600 @2.4GHz, 2 x 1 Giga DDR2, NVIDIA 8600 GT 256M DDR3, Windows Vista Home Premium 32 in French.
I run automatically Windows updates and I am "up to date"
I fly FSX +SP1 + Acceleration pack (but NOT using DirectX10 preview) and
I seem to have a Virtual address space usage problem so I just downloaded and ran:

Windows6.0-KB940105-x86.msu

From Microsoft "Virtual address space usage in Windows game development" Virtual address space usage in Windows game development

Then I got the following error:

"Windows update installer ... The search has finished" and in another box
" This update does not apply to your system"

Is this true ? Why not ? What have I done to deserve this ?
What do I do next ????
