Will Enemy Territory and Unreal Tournament 99 work with Vista 32?

Yes, Enemy Territory works great. I haven't tried UT99 yet, though.

My brother got a brand new Dell XPS Laptop with Vista and all the games
install but all Crash sometime within playing them. So he just spent 2
grand and cant do anything.

Make sure you update your video card drivers. Also, make sure you have
plenty of ventilation around the laptop, it may just be getting too hot. Are
you having any issues with any other games?

UT99 does work in Vista, well it worked for me, that doesn't mean it'll work
for everyone though.

Maybe there's something wrong with the computer? update your drivers, make
sure the system has adiquate ventilation and reply here with system MODEL
number (XPS is not the model number, it's a brand) and someone here will
give you some suggestions.

Enemy Territory does wor fine, However if you dont runs as administrator it
will crash every time it tries to connect to a server. Whether this is the
problem that your other games are having i cannot say, Have you tried any as
admin or using compatibility mode.
