Just to double-check...
goto Programs and Features
Click "Turn Windows features on or off"
Make sure there's a check box next to "Games"
(Click the plus if it's a blue square and make sure the individual games
listed are all checked)
Click OK
Click Start Button (Blue Vista Sphere) > All Programs > Games folder
There should be a link to Games Explorer there.
If that's not helping, could you clarify the problem?
