What do you mean cut off? Do you mean black bars around it (if so which
sides), or not positioned properly on the monitor? Is it a widescreen
monitor? More details please. :-)

I fixed it.The problem was in games the screen would not be wide screen
it was cut on the sides.I don't know if it's a new thing with the Nvida
driver,but I went to the nvidia control panel,display,change flat panel
scaling,use nvidia scaling,and there it goes got fixed.
