HP Live Chat works but Symantec Live Chat crashes IE

I can't use Symantec Live Chat. I fill out their screen then IE crashes w/o
any errors. It only says Windows is checking for a solution. Any ideas?

Have you checked Symantec support? They should be aware of all the current
issues with their product.
