Re: User-Mapped Section Open?
Some programs open files as if they are swap files. It quicker to read/write
and windows paging system looks after all the reading and writing (so the
programmer doesn't have to). This is especially suited to large files.
At a guess something is opening the files and a bit slow at times to close
them. Perhaps preview, virus checking, indexing?
