.pst files from backup to outloook

I'm running winmail on vista but also have outlook 2003 installed.
My .pst files from the old computer are on a DVD.
How to get them to outlook?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
