Favorites not working

The solution I found with icacls favorites /setintegritylevel
(OI)(CI)low is not working for me. I replaced my folder to the drive
D:/.

I get this error: see the file I uploaded. Does anybody has a solution
for this problem?

Can you verify if there a folder named "Favorites" in the D:\ drive?
