Question about Recovery Drive~

I was just wondering if you can xfer files to recovery drive, then wipe
harddrive to its factory condition, and still have the files?

No... because its factory condition is with nothing but the recovery
files on that partition.

Though it's possible, anyone wise will not fiddle with the recovery
partition and store important files elsewhere - removable drive or some
such.
