How do I unhide directories in Windows Explorer?

I am much better acquainted with WinXP.

What are the baby steps to telling Vista to show all file types and unhide
all directories ("folders") ?

The same way as in XP.

Same as in XP (AFAIR) Tools-Folder Options-View
