Downloads user folder

I have mistakenly deleted the bluish green "downdloads" user folder and am
unable to locate it anywhere. Does anyone know how to recreate it?

If you have more than one user account set up, copy the Downloads folder
from that account into the account where the folder was deleted.

Type <WinKey+R> to open the 'Run...' dialog, then type:

shell:downloads

if you get a 'not found' error, log off & log back on and repeat the above
command, then the folder should reappear.
