Transfer box is gone?

Transfer box is gone?

When I cope, move, or delete and file the little box that comes up and
shows how much time and all that other info about the transfer that is
going on, Does NOT show up..

Now some times I like it cuz its just one less box I have to see, But
when I am moving big files to a card I can not see what is going on and
how much time I have..

Does anyone know how to fix this?
