DreamScene MPG videos in WinSxS folder bloat

Why are there mpeg video files in the WinSxS folder? I thought WinSxS was a
DLL hell workaround, not a backup place for Windows components.

I have the same files here
C:\Windows\Web\Windows DreamScene

Big harddrives are not an excuse for bloat, someone might have an old Raptor
and a complex DLL versioning system is slow.
