File Deletion/Dual Files When Using Stack By Tags...

Hello - I am enjoying using tags now greatly. I have a problem though...I
have noticed that there are duplicate files showing up for the same tag, but
only one can be deleted.
For instance, the tag is "Gold" & the word doc named, "Golden.docx" is
listed twice. Same name, file size, creation date, etc. One of the files,
(I'm assuming it's the actual original file) I am able to delete, but the
other will ask if I want to "Try Again" at deleting. I verify I want to try
again, but it just keeps prompting me. I have deleted the "search" I've
placed the file in a different folder. I then attempted to stack by tags in
that new folder - Same issue occurs. I've copied & pasted that same file &
then deleted the original, same problem occurs with the duplicated file. Any
ideas? It's starting to get very annoying, especially when I'm just now
becoming effective with tags.
