How do you know you have full control of the drive?
Did you check all files and folders on that drive if not you can't say that.
If you just right clicked a drive all it says that, it means that in the
absence of any other security, files and folder will be full control.
Check the folders - check the files - dump norton even better. Use effective
Permissions ion the item you want to delete.
