Wndows XP Restore Files

I deleted "my pictures" from my "C" documents file. The only place i have
them is in my Adobe Photo Album...but...with no file..so I cannot reconnect.
How do I restore this data from my "C" files. If I did not back it up, can
it still be restored?

I think it should be in your recycle bin on the desktop. if so just right
click adn press restore.
