Briefcase update dlog unusable?

The update dialog for briefcase shows only the first few letters of the file
NAME under the icon - the path is given in the next column ... but there is
no way to see what file is being referred to - no tooltip, no nothing.

Is it this machine, me or Vista... and which is fixable?: The briefcase
unusable as it is unfortunately...

You can right click the icon and choose details. WAPOS

So,, it was me then. WAPOS is a bit strong though isn't it?

OK I can find out which file is which, but it is still a rather retrograde
step - now I have to right-click, select, dismiss for potentially very many
items on a long list instead of just *looking*

So you're thinking WAPOS is too strong?
