Delete permission

Sorry But most users want to be able to Delete folders and files they
created or created by programs for temporary use.

I don't wan to use Dos like commands for deleting those and I do NOT wan to
be ask 5 times if I really Want to do that also I do Want to Have Special
permission to do that specially if I Am the creator of the file or directory
or I program I used created it. This is not acceptable in the name of
security that is why we buy Windows Live ONE care. I want control of my
files and directories back.
