How do I synchronise two Vista PCs?

I have a desktop and a notebook, both running Vista Home Premium. I want to
synchronise my files from My Documents and Outlook 2007 (contacts, calendar
and tasks).
Can anyone suggest anything... I do have a NAS in my house if that helps...
