Vista's recycle bin disappeared - how to recreate?

Fantastic! My recycle bin has disappeared! No idea, how that could
happen. How do I get it back???

Right click your desktop, click Personalize, on the left pane click Change
desktop icons. Check the Recycle Bin, and click Ok. It should be back! It
happens when you click Delete, rather than Empty Recycle Bin when right
clicking.
