sfc /scannow question.

I ran *sfc /scannow. It ran all the way and then shut down with no
message.* Does that mean my system is ok.
Thanks.
Bill

Hi Bill,

Welcome to Vista x64 Forums. arty:

If you received 100% complete afterwards, then you are fine. If not,
then you might run it again to see. It should give you some message
after it runs.

Shawn

No, you should see the results even if everything was fine.
I suggest you run it again.

Re: sfc /scannow question.
I think you are misunderstanding. If it ran to 100% you should see the
results even if there was not a problem. Did you run it from a command
prompt?
