File "Permissions" Problems
I just built a new computer for myself and loaded the new Windows Vista OS.
I installed Vista on a clean Raptor hard drive, and so far, so good.

However, ... one of my secondary hard drives I put into this new machine is
from my old computer, a drive in which I kept a majority of my
non-application files (word documents, photos, etc.).
For some reason in the past, I must have "password-protected" the folder for
My Pictures.

Now, I cannot seem to access ANY of the pictures from this hard drive. I am
getting an error message stating that I do not have the permissions.

I tried going into this folder and changing permissions, but nothing seems
to work. All of the files are displayed with a 'green' font, apparently to
show they are protected.

Any ideas?

The green color indicates that the files were encrypted. This is more
than just a password protection. When you encrypted the files, did you
export your key? Here is information about encryption:
