Sure, I know how many of these "work around" solution but no one will be so
fast when we just click a button. Vista is very unfriendly.

Press the Alt key while in Explorer; you get the old menus; Edit gives you
your old selections.

I know all about the Alt-key and selections from the menus, but this is NOT
the same possibility to have a simple icon on the explorer to press. So keep
your dummy answer for yourself. Sorry, I'm very very angry right now when
thinking about Vista.
