How can I add Delete, Cut, Paste and Copy buttons in Windows Explo

Please help me!

I can not find any way to add the buttons Delete, Cut, Paste and Copy to the
Windows explorer toolbar. I cannot find them anywhrer. (windows vista version
6.0, Build 6000)

Maybe this is a registry-hack!!??

Press ALt then select edit. This can be made permanent by Control
panel/folder options/ always display menus.
