Administrator w/out Privileges

While trying to install a program it shuts down and gives me an error message
reading

"Please make sure you have local systen adminitator privileges on this
system. Canceling the installation."

Since I am the administrator and am working on the administrator (and only)
account on this computer I am unsure why I am not allowed to install new
software.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Ed,

Try right clicking the installation program and click "Run as
administrator" to see if that will help.
