administrator account

I have administrator priviledges but when I try to activate a software
program it tells me that I don't have administrator privilidges. How do I
resolve this?

Right click the programs shortcut and select the Run As Administrator
option.

To make this easier, right click the programs shortcut and select Properties
/ Compatibility Tab. At the bottom, select the Run this program as
Administrator.
