HI,I´m Cesar Noriega from Venezuela,mi question isa as follows: I have my
administrator sesion on my machine My Windows version is Windows Vista HOme
Basic but some programs tell me that my account user doesn´t have
administrator privileges.HOw i solve this problem?

Hello,

Windows Vista has a special security feature, called UAC, that lets programs
run with fewer rights than you as an Administrator have. If you want to
start a program with administrative privileges, right-click it, and choose
"Run as administrator".
