USER ACCOUNT CONTROL

I am an administrator, but everything is locked, and windows does not give me
an opition to enter a password to unlock the items?

Help.

Can you see the Security Desktop?
if so, what will happen after you click "Continue" button?

what u need to to do this is go to control pannel - user account- go to
admin - thenb what u need to this u have to turn onb the user account control
.. - so after that when ever u do any admin changes it will ask for
confermation of uac .hope this resolves this issue . ok if u face any u can
