Copy Administrator User profile

I had to create a new Administrator User Profile to solve an annoying issue
with Outlook 2007. I now want to copy the user profile settings I have been
using across to the new profile (so I have the same sidebar, screen icons and
so on). How do I do that?

I haven't done this before, but I've found an article about migrating settings from user to user:

It is not easy to figure this out, but it will work, I think.
