Hello,
Restart your computer in safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly as your
computer is starting up (before you see the animated progress bar).
This will present you with a menu of boot options, from which you can
select safe mode.
There should be a hidden account made available to you called
'administrator' that you can use to log in with and fix your user accounts.
