Parental controls

everytime i try and set up parental controls it does not direct me to the
relevant section. when a user account is selected to set parental controls i
keep getting the following message: Unable to make changes to parental
control settings. if the problem persists see your systems administrator.
i am the computer administrator and have no idea why it does not direct me
to the relevant section. any one have any solutions?

I have the exact same problem. Any one else please? I have existing accounts
that have parental control and I can modify their settings. I just can not
add parental control to any new accounts.

Yea, I've got the same problem too. As a result, I can access the web, but
no other user on my computer has access (all users except the administrator
has all web accesses blocked). I'm just as frustrated as you. I really
don't want to have to reload vista.
