computer automatically re-locks itself...

Hello- I am having a problem with windows vista home basic. When I unlock my
computer it goes to the desktop and then immediately locks itself again. I
had to create another user account in order to access the web again.

This is a wild (and possibly stupid) guess and I'm not even sure if it's
possible...but could the screensaver be set to 0 minutes and you have the
box checked next to "On resume, display logon screen"?
