Hi,
Try what Jane said. Or launch Taskmgr.exe from an elevated Command Prompt.

In XP, as an Administrator, I was able to log off standard users. I have
several kids and they frequently leave stuff running. In the past, I could
easily go into task manager and log them off. In Vista, this is no longer
possible as I keep getting an Access is denied notification. If this is
true, then Vista is about the only computer system that I have ever heard of
that prohibits the system administrator from bouncing computer users. Is
there something else about this that I should know?
