Fix for Folder View settings problem

Windows Explorer folder view settings will not remember your settings.
EX: Details instead of Large icons, etc.......

Unfortunately, this simply resets the displays to their defaults, at which
point you have to create your customizations again. What is worse, you
might have to do this several times a day.

I've simply given up. I use the folder templates, which appear to remember
their views, but customizing the view of a single folder is wasted time
because that view will be changed by Vista the next time the wind shifts
direction.
