I THINK this is a UAC issue but I'm not sure
I have Vista. I only have ONE user account, it is the admin account. I have always had one desktop and used it with success. The problem is that (through a virus maybe[?]) somehow two desktops now exist and the new desktop is the default. I still have only one admin user account, it runs as normal. I can browse the C: and see the old desktop.
My original desktop is located here:
C:\Users\Greenwood\Desktop
The "new" desktop address is just marked at the top of the folders panel as "Desktop". I can't find a more specific address than that.
I hope this information is sufficient. If not please ask and I will provide more. My question is, how can I get rid of the new desktop and return to my original desktop as the default?
Thank you for your time!
