I upgraded to Vista Ultimate

from Vista Home Premium. I am unable to make a backup to restore because he
backup tool doesn't work. Should I have to restore to it's original
configuration how do I get Vista Ultimate back without having to pay for it
again. Thanks

You really did not give enough information for anyone to advise you on this?

What media (DVD, downloaded file, Anytime Upgrade or..........) did you use
for the upgrade?
Was the original Vista Home Premium pre-installed when you purchased the
computer?
What problems are you having with the backup program? Any error messages?
Where did you purchase the upgrade?
