To set up parental controls, you need to be an administrator. You can set up
parental controls for anyone with a standard account on the computer through
the Parental Controls control panel. You can get to that control panel by
clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under User
Accounts, clicking Set up Parental Controls.* More detailed instructions can
