If you set that policy to enabled you will always be presented with two blank fields, one for the username and one for the password.

I wanted to know if there was a way to set it up so it does not display the
last user name after log off, or a way to get the old log in box kinda like
windows 2000 login. I tried the control userpasswords2, but it makes it look
like a hybrid of 2000 login and the fast user switching. I have quite a few
domain users so this will really confuse them.
