A option to have password credential UAC in Administrator Account

Can we have a option to have a password credential on user account control
when log in with Administrator. This would be option on all Vista edition.

Could you be more specific?

If you are asking to require a password for all UAC elevation prompts when
you are already logged on as an administrator, this would be redundant since
logging on already requires the password for that account to be used.
