Bypass log in screen?

After my computer has been asleep, is there a way to bypass the log-on screen
entirely? I'm the only user of my computer, and its unnecessary, as I only
have one identity / profile for the compiuter

This is an option in your Power Options in the Control Panel - turn off the
option to require a password when the computer is awakened.
