Right click on the desktop. Pick Personalize. On the top left pick Change
Desktop Icons.
You can right click your desktop, go to Personalize, in the left panel
select Change desktop icons. In there you can re add the Recycle Bin to your
Desktop. This commonly happens when you click Delete instead of Empty
Recycle Bin.
